Bhaskar acquires exclusive tie-up for Rajasthan Day celebrations

The Department of Tourism (Rajasthan) is organising Rajasthan Day celebration from March 21 to March 30 and the Bhaskar group has utilised the opportunity to improve its connect with its readers. The Group has entered into an exclusive tie-up with Department of Tourism to market 11 main events.

The recently formed Activation Company of Bhaskar Group, DB Activation, will be marketing and publishing these events. Commenting on the reasons behind the tie-up, Dainik Bhaskar's Sanjeev Kotnala said, "This will strengthen our on-ground presence and improve our connect with the readers. This is an exercise, which is very synergistic to what the brand stands for in each of the area of operations. The fun, joy, celebration are part and parcel of the societal life and when it deals with the feeling of pride within the readers, we are always ready to be part of it"

Viinod Nair, Head DB Activation, said, "Rajasthan has always had a special focus for Dainik Bhaskar Group and being part of this large scale operation in such a prestigious way will go a great way in strengthening the relationship. As such Bhaskar Group has been active across Rajasthan with various events and social activities and this is definitely a big-gone."

The part of the tie up include the inaugural ceremony, run for Rajasthan, Nritya Natika by Hema Malini, Classical Dance by Aditi Mangal Das, Ghazal Sandhya by Jagjit Singh and Bollywood night by Sunidhi Chauhan and Shaan. A Kavi Sammelan and a fashion show will also be organised. Through out this period a Night Bazaar will be organised in the Tripolia Bazzar at Jaipur.
