BARC to organise open house in Delhi in August

After organising its open house in Bangalore earlier, the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) is all set to hold its second open house in New Delhi. The conference is slated to take place in the first week of August. The conference will be co-organised by ABP News and Lintas Media.

Talking to exchange4media, Partho Das Gupta, CEO, BARC said, “This is part of our outreach plan to reach out to stakeholders, update them on what’s happening and take their feedback on our plans. The date for the open house has not been finalised yet.”

BARC has been busy in the last couple of months, initiating RFPs, appointing a CEO and organising open house conferences. As is known, the Council will be fully operational by the end of the first quarter of next year.

Meanwhile, work for the open house in Delhi in on full swing. Top guns from the media and advertising agencies are expected to attend the conference.

The production house has already established itself as the leader in the non-scripted genres. However, Rege now wants Endemol to achieve the same in the original scripted zone and film production
