BARC Ratings: Jodha Akbar perched at No.1 spot, Diya Aur Baati Hum jumps to No.4 in rural markets

In week 21 (21-27 May, 2016), ‘Jodha Akbar’ on Zee Anmol maintained its top spot though it experienced a dip in the impressions. Star Utsav’s show ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’ stayed at No.2. Star Utsav’s show ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’  stepped up to the fourth spot as it gained impressions. Zee TV’s show ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ slipped to the sixth spot from the fourth spot in week 21.

‘Jodha Akbar’ on Zee Anmol, which remained  at No.1, saw a dip in the impressions from with 5869 impressions ‘000s in week 20 to 5631 impressions ‘000s in week 21.

Star Utsav’s show ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’ stayed at No.2 with 5367 impressions ‘000s which were 5659 impressions ‘000s in week 20.  

Urban market’s top show ‘Naagin’ held on to the third spot in the rural market but with declined impressions of 4979 impressions ‘000s which were 5531 impressions ‘000s in week 20.

Star Utsav’s show ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’  stepped up to the fourth spot as it gained impressions from 4241 impressions ‘000s in week 20 to 4734 impressions ‘000s in week 21.

Zee Anmol’s ‘Bandini’ stayed on the fifth spot but lost some impressions from 4796 impressions ‘000s in week 20 to 4325 impressions’000s in week 21.

Zee TV’s show ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ slipped to the sixth spot in week 21. The show which had 5323 impressions ‘000s in week 20 garnered 4011 impressions ‘000s in week 21.

Star Plus’ show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ climbed a step up to the seventh spot in week 21 with 3633 impressions ‘000s which were 3845 impressions ‘000s in week 20.

Zee Anmol’s show ‘Meri Doli Tere Angana’  slipped to the ninth spot as the channel fetched 3323 impressions ‘000s, less than previous week’s 4035 impressions ‘000s.

And at No.10 stood Star Utsav’s show ‘Gustakh Dil’ with 2839 impressions ‘000s which were 3061 impressions ‘000s in week 20.
