BARC ratings: Colors retains its lead at No.1; Star Plus stays at No.2 despite a rise in ratings in week 37

Colors continues to lead in No.1 spot after rising to the top spot last week by displacing leader Star Plus. In week 37 (September 12 – 18, 2015), the BARC ratings saw Colors ratings see a large rise, Star Plus too saw a rise this week.

According to BARC ratings (HSM : NCCS All : Individuals : BARC India base - C&S 1Lac+), Colors at No.1 saw its ratings see a large rise to 414 million in week 37 from 386 million last week.

Star Plus was to No.2 spot despite its ratings increasing to 381 million this week from 370 million last week.


Zee TV at No.3 witnessed a decline in ratings this week as it fell to 256 million this week from 263 million in Week 37.

Life OK in Week 37 saw its ratings rise to 221 million from 207 million last week.

Sab TV saw its ratings rise this to 183 million from 177 million last week.
