BARC Ratings: ’Naagin’ continues to lead the pack, ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ follows in week 1 of 2016

In week 1 (January 2-8, 2016) of the BARC Ratings, Colors’ show ‘Naagin’ continued to garner the highest number of eyeballs in the first week of 2016 also. Zee TV’s show ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ took a leap to the second spot from the fourth in week 1. The third spot was acquired by Star Plus’ show ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’.

Like the channel itself, Colors’ show ‘Naagin’ continued to be the most watched show in the first week of the new-year also. The show which had 19847 ratings in week 52 acquired 19824 ratings in week 1.

Zee TV’s show ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ replaced Zee Anmol’s ‘Ek Se Bhale Do’ to acquire the second spot in week 1 of the year 2016. The show garnered 13692 ratings which was 12515 in week 52 of the year 2015.

At No.3 stood Star Plus’ show, ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’ which replaced the channel’s other show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’. The show fetched 12798 ratings.

At No.4 stood Colors’ show ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ which climbed a step up from the fifth spot the previous week. The show garnered 12108 ratings.

Star Plus’ show’ Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ came down from the third spot to the fifth spot with 11833 ratings. The show had 12599 ratings in week 52.
