BARC Ratings: ‘Naagin’ continues its edge over other shows, ‘Jamai Raja’ acquires fifth spot in week 3

In week 3 (January 16- 22, 2016) of the BARC Ratings, Colors ‘Naagin’ continued its lead among the general entertainment shows followed by ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ of Zee TV at No.2.  Colors’ show ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ stood at No.3 like the previous week. At No.4 stood Star Plus’ show ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’. Star Plus’ show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ was replaced by Zee TV’s ‘Jamai Raja’ to acquire the fifth spot.

Colors’ show ‘Naagin’ continued its lead in week 3 also with 17199 ratings, though the show witnessed a fall in the ratings from 18125 the previous week.

Zee TV’s show ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ remained at No.2 with 14244 ratings. The show lost some eyeballs as it had 14852 ratings previous week.

‘Sasural Simar Ka’ of Colors continued to be on the third spot with 13180 ratings which was 13466 in week 2.

Star Plus’ show ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’, at No.4, garnered 12329 ratings. The show had 13067 ratings the previous week.

Zee TV’s show ‘Jamai Raja’ replaced previous week’s No.5 ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ to acquire the spot. The show fetched 11608 ratings.

At No.6 stood Zee TV’s show ‘Tashan-e-Ishq’, which garnered 10790 ratings.

The seventh and eighth spots were acquired by ‘Jodha Akbar’( repeat telecast) on Zee Anmol with 10648 ratings and ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ with 10472 ratings respectively.

The last two spots were acquired by Star Plus’ mythological show ‘Siya Ke Ram’ and Colors’ ‘Thapki Pyar Ki’ repectively. The shows had 10436 and 9401 ratings respectively.
