Asianet Mobile TV is now Asianet Mobile TV +

Asianet Satellite Communications launched Asianet Mobile TV +, the on-the-GO Mobile app for live streaming of Malayalam and other regional TV channels recently.

Asianet Mobile TV + app is , a-50 channel bouquet of select popular Live TV channels in Malayalam, Tamil ,etc& 100 Internet Radio Channels offering the subscribers the best of music, Launched on the all new SPRNGPOD platform

And it does not stop here, it will be more than a Video Service Provider soon and transform into a Lifestyle provider with:

- A Single converged app that lets consumers Automate, Communicate, Entertain & Secure.

The App was launched by  M Sivasankar, Secretary IT, Government of Kerala at a glittering function in the state capital .

On the occasion, G Sankaranarayana, President & Chief Operating Officer, Asianet said, “ Mobile consumption has been tremendous and Asianet is poised to ride the big wave with Asianet Mobile TV+, offering services across the globe in entertainment and various other modules to the global Indian audience. From Asianet Digital Cable TV &Asianet Broadband services available in few states in the country  , Asianet Mobile TV+ service will be the platform to extend the trusted Asianet stamp of service across the world ,  for access and enjoyment by anybody anywhere .”

 Vineet Somakumar, VP & GM, Xperio Labs showed a demonstration of the app and its features.

The app offers live content streaming of popular Malayalam and other regional TV channels through the mobile app, on any Android or Apple devices. Asianet Mobile TV can be downloaded from the Google Play store or Apple App Store.  Registration and activation of the app can be done through the website  http://asianetmobiletv.com.Fifty TV channels with a mix of rich content in Entertainment, News, Travel, Lifestyle, and Spiritual will be available besides radio channels.

Asianet is the first MSO in the country to launch OTT service. The company which is a leading Digital Cable TV and Broadband service provider in Kerala has extended the Digital Cable TV services to various states in South India. The Company has plans to launch various other Value added services through the OTT platform that is beyond entertainment for users across the world.  .
