RAM Ratings: Big FM continues to lead Mumbai in week 49

The RAM ratings for week 49 (November 29 –December 05, 2015) are out with Big FM 92.7 again topped the chart in Mumbai. Fever FM and Radio Mirchi continued to lead their respective markets of Delhi and Kolkata. In Bangalore, Radio City continued being on the No.1 spot.

Mumbai:

Big FM continued to be at the No.1 spot in week 49 with 17.8 per cent market share and 6.02 TSL. Though the station witnessed decline in both market share and TSL as it was 18.1 per cent and 6.24 respectively. Radio City remained at No.2 with a rise in market share from 16.7 per cent to 17.3 per cent and but its TSL came down to 5.05 from 5.07. Fever FM which witnessed a rise in the market share from 15 per cent to 15.3 per cent is in No.3 this week with 7.15TSL. Radio Mirchi remained at No.4 with a rise in its market share from 13.2 per cent to 13.7 per cent this week and 4.14 TSL.

Delhi:

Fever FM retained its No.1 position and took home 20.1 per cent market share, less than last week’s 20.5 per cent, and 4.55TSL. Radio Mirchi held on to its second spot like week 48 with market share of 14.6 per cent with exactly the same TSL of 3.43. Radio City with rise in its market share from last week’s 11.2 per cent to 12.5 per cent has replaced Big FM to be on No.3 with 3.34 TSL. At No.4, stood Big FM with 11.3 per cent market share and 3.42 TSL.  Red FM remained at No.5 in week 49 with 10.2 per cent market share and 3.05 TSL.

 Kolkata:

In Kolkata, Radio Mirchi remained at No.1 with a rise in market share from 18.6 per cent to 19.6 per cent last week with 4.35 TSL. Fever FM at No.2 saw a decline in the market share from last week’s 15 per cent market share to 14.7 per cent this week and 5.29 TSL. Big FM with 14.5 per cent market share and 5 TSL stood at No.3.

Bangalore:

In Bangalore, Radio City continued to lead the chart with 23.5 per cent market share, more than last week’s 22.8 per cent, with 10.02 TSL. Big FM continued to be on the second spot with 21.3 per cent market share, slightly higher than last week’s 21.1 per cent market share. It had TSL of 8.1. The third spot was claimed by Radio Mirchi with 17.2 per cent market share, a per cent higher than last week’s 16.2 per cent market share. And it earned 7.56 TSL, more than last week’s 7.54. At the fourth position stood Fever FM with a rise in market share with a decline in market share from 14.3 per cent  to 13.9 per cent and 8.59TSL.
