RAM Ratings Week 42: Radio City moves to third spot in Delhi; Big FM continues lead in Mumbai

The RAM ratings for Week 42 (October 18-October 24) are out with Big FM staying in first spot in Mumbai. Fever FM continues to lead in Delhi while Radio Mirchi stays in first position in Kolkata. In Bangalore, Radio City continues on top.

Mumbai

Big FM continues to hold the top spot in Week 42 with 17.7 per cent market share and 6.25 TSL. In second place, Radio City had market share of 17 per cent and 5.34 TSL. Fever FM at third spot had 15.2 per cent market share and the highest TSL of 7.05. Radio Mirchi in fourth place had 4.26 TSL and showed a drop in market share to 13.6 per cent from last week’s 14.3 per cent.

Delhi

In first place, Fever FM took home 20.4 per cent market share -- a rise from last week’s 19.6 per cent TSL was 4.44. Radio Mirchi in second spot took 14.2 per cent market share and TSL of 3.41. Radio City moved to third spot with 12.2 per cent market share and TSL of 3.35. Pushed to fourth place, Big FM earned 3.4 TSL and market share of 12.1 per cent.

Kolkata

Radio Mirchi came first with market share of 20.4 per cent and TSL of 4.47. Big FM stayed in second place with 14.7 per cent market share, a drop from last week’s 15.1 per cent; TSL this year was 4.51. Fever FM had TSL of 5.32 and market share of 14.4 per cent. Aamar FM came in fourth and took home 4.01 TSL and 10.1 per cent market share.

Bangalore

Taking up first place, Radio City took home market share of 22.1 per cent and TSL of 10.29. In second spot, Big FM earned 20.8 per cent market share and 8.35 TSL. Radio Mirchi stood at third place with 16.6 per cent market share and 7.52 TSL. In fourth place, Fever had TSL of 8.28 and market share of 13.6.

The group released the Little Hearts online-only campaign, #BreakSomeHearts, early this year and is on the path to make many more of its brands available on the digital platform
