Radio Mirchi rejigs leadership team

In order to strengthen its leadership, Entertainment Network India Limited (ENIL) has made key changes in Radio Mirchi’s top team. Prashant Panday, CEO, ENIL has confirmed the developments to exchange4media.

Hitesh Sharma, who was hitherto the Regional Director-West, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Mahesh Shetty, who was also Regional Director-North & East, has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer now.

Sameer Sainani, who was earlier the National Sales Head, has been promoted as the Chief Revenue Officer and will look after all revenue functions such as radio sales, activation, sponsorship and the IP businesses of 360 Degrees.

Preeti Nihalani, who was Delhi Sales Head, is now National Radio Sales Head, reporting to Sainani.

Sujata Bhatt, who was Marketing Head, is now Chief Marketing Officer and HR head. Sriram Kilambi, who was Mumbai and MP Business Head, has been Head of Marketing, reporting to Bhatt.

Panday added, “Anand Parmeswaran, who is Regional Director – South, has been identified for a new business role, which would be unveiled shortly.”
