Euro RSCG to float new media buying division

In a strategic move, the Rs 206-crore Euro RSCG Advertising Pvt Ltd is planning to float an independent media-buying division to cater to the media buying and planning needs of its clients soon. This move is in sync with the current trend that’s prevailing in the Indian advertising industry.

In addition, as part of its expansion plans, Euro RSCG is all set to launch its specialist outfit called ‘Sales Machine’ which offers marketing consultancy services in major metros across the country.

According to Ishan Raina, chief executive officer, Euro RSCG Advertising: “We in fact piloted this specialist outfit in Delhi first. Now, we formally plan to launch ‘Sales Machine’ in Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore. After seeing the success of ‘Sales Machine’ in Delhi, we opted for this move.”

The ‘Sales Machine’ will offer marketing services for non-media services which include implementation of direct marketing strategy and database management among others.

With capitalised billings of Rs 206 crore, Euro RSCG has recently bagged a host of new advertising accounts which include, Indian Oil Company (empanelled member), Novartis (Calcium Sandoz), Radico Khaitan, Reckitt’s Cherry Blossom, Mortein and Robin Blue.
