Big FM beefs up its senior team at the Non-Traditional Revenue portfolio

Big FM has announced some key appointments for its Non-Traditional Revenue (NTR) portfolio. Manoj George has been appointed as National Sales Director, while Bipin Grewal would be taking charge as Regional Head-West, Arjun Rao as Regional Head-South, and Aasheesh Dhamija as Regional Director-North.

The Regional Heads of North, South, East and West would be reporting to George, who would be looking after the overall NTR portfolio at Big FM. George would be reporting to Praveen Malhotra, National Sales Head-Integrated Sales Unit for Big FM, Big Digital and Big Street.

In his new role, George would be liaisoning and working with the regional teams to develop vast on-air properties for leading brands and providing integrated marketing solutions to clients. He comes with a rich experience of over 15 years in the industry, and has earlier worked with companies like Kidstuff Promos, a part of Mudra marketing services, as the Chennai Branch Head. Later, he was elevated to Vice President – Business Development and has worked closely with brands like HLL, Pepsi, Nike, ITC Foods, Disney, MTV, ESPN, and CavinKare, among others.

Bipin Grewal would head the team for NTR Sales in Maharashtra and Goa. Prior to joining Big FM, Grewal was with Vjive Networks, an OOH digital company, where he was instrumental in setting up the network development and strategic initiatives functions. He has worked with brands like Radisson, Subhiksha, Gillette, Braun and IBN to name a few.

Aasheesh Dhamija comes with an experience of over 12 years in advertising, marketing and events. He began his career with Rediffusion DY&R, where he serviced brands like Airtel, Sony Audio and Fugi Films, and was also part of the team that launched leading telecom brands like Airtel in India. His other stints include working for Coca-Cola as Marketing Manager-Upper North, Poise Events & Entertainment as Chief Operating Officer, and Bells Set Entertainment as Vice President, wherein he handled brands like Metropolitan Models, Samsung, Dish TV, Nokia, TVS, General Motors and e-Bay.

Arjun Rao would be looking after the southern market as Regional NTR Sales. He began his career with Holiday Inn (Goa), and has also been associated with Ogilvy PR Worldwide, where he had handled clients like iGATE Global, Amara Raja Batteries, etc. He also had a stint with Havas Sports (MPG India Pvt Ltd) as Business Director, India.
