Text 100 Public Relations among Hewitt’s best employers in India

Public relations firm, Text 100 Public Relations has been voted the 15th best employer in the country. Text 100 was conferred this status by Hewitt under its best employers in India Survey 2007. As part of the survey, Hewitt analysed the people management practices of more than 230 companies to come up with a shortlist of the 25 best employers in India.

Text 100 was the only company from the communications industry to be featured in this list, and with 112 employees, it is also the smallest organisation in the top 25 listing.

The Hewitt survey is one of the largest of its kind in India. It accounts for the views of over 11,40,000 employees and has been represented by over 44,000 employees in 230 companies across industry sectors in India. It undertook an analysis of what differentiates organisations when it comes to employee management, and conducted a thorough audit of all related areas including people policies; recruitment; talent management; learning and development; recognition, and opportunities, among others.

Zacharia James, President, Text 100 Group India, said, “This is a moment of great pride for us. Our employee experiences and retention rates over the last 10 years always indicated that we were a preferred employer of the PR industry. But being among the top 25 employers across all industries in India is something that we could only have hoped for when we decided to participate in the survey.”

“The credit for this achievement goes to each and every employee across our businesses in India, who make a personal contribution everyday to make this company a special place to work,” said Rishi Seth, Managing Director, Text 100 India.

The Text 100 group of companies in India includes three businesses: Text 100 Public Relations, which is one of the leading technology public relations consultancy in India; Vox Public Relations, a generalist public relations consultancy; and Context Analytics, a strategic communications research company that provides qualitative and quantitative market analysis services.
