Reliance MediaWorks assigns PR mandate to Aurum Media

Reliance MediaWorks has empanelled Aurum Media as its PR agency. Prior to this development, Reliance MediaWorks was in talks with a couple of other PR agencies. Aurum Media was awarded the mandate post a calculated evaluation by the company.

In an interaction with exchange4media, Sanjay Rammoorthy, Managing Director, Aurum Media said, “Reliance MediaWorks has three main verticals – film services, which include renting out state-of-the-art sound stages, to shooting equipment, to a host of post production services, VFX and other digital intermediary. Second is the film exhibition business – Big Cinema and third is Big Synergy, which is TV software. In the first part, Aurum will handle film services and Big Cinema, apart from corporate PR.”

The chain will be entering the Mumbai market in March 2013. Some of the other clients include, Edelgive Foundation, Ion Exchange, Organic Recycling, Ouro Lifestyle, and Spanco Telesystems.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Aurum Media was set up in April 2009 in the midst of the recession. The agency has three offices across India in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai.
