Mavcomm Consulting to handle communications and PR activities for ninth Auto Expo

Mavcomm Consulting has been appointed to handle the communications and public relations activity for the ninth Auto Expo, beginning from January 10, 2008, in the Capital. Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) are the organisers of the eight-day long expo.

Mavcomm will brief the national and international media about different activities, press conferences and seminars of the eight-day event. It will also be responsible for the pre, during and post event registrations and information management.

Gurpal Singh, Deputy Director General, CII, stated, “We have appointed Mavcomm due to its expertise and experience in handling such shows, and we hope the company would deliver at both public relations and communication fronts fruitfully for all stakeholders.”

Commenting on the win, Siddhartha Upadhyay, Director, Mavcomm Consulting, said, “Our team has handled the Auto Expo in the past. This time, our biggest challenge will be to carry out an integrated approach for disseminating news across the country and globe.”
