ICICI Bank appoints Hanmer & Partners as its PR agency

ICICI Bank has appointed Hanmer & Partners as its PR agency. The agency will service the account across all major networks and other territorial offices in small towns and cities spread across the length and breadth of the country.

Commenting on the appointment, Kalpana Morparia, Joint Managing Director, ICICI Bank, said, “ICICI Bank is the second-largest bank in India with a presence of a full range of financial products and services, catering to diverse customer segments across urban and rural India and internationally. Our goal is to deliver communication that is uniform in its message and yet customised for specific target audiences. We believe that Hanmer & Partners, with its pan India presence and international affiliations is the right partner in our efforts to consistently achieve these standards.”

Sunil Gautam, Managing Director, Hanmer & Partners, said, “We are excited to work with a reputed bank like ICICI. The bank has tremendous expectations from us and we are confident of meeting them. We are currently studying the bank’s culture and philosophy and will manage the entire gamut of communications and other marketing initiatives of ICICI.”

Commenting on the challenges ahead, Gautam said, “We understand the faith and sense of responsibility that comes with the job at hand – servicing ICICI Bank. While it’s an honour to have ICICI bank as our client, one also understands that the organisation needs no new introduction. What is required is a structured and responsible pattern of communication that goes out to each customer and contributes to the growth of the organisation. We are here to partner with the bank in all its endeavours to reach out to their target audience.”
