Eastwest PR expands into India

Eastwest Public Relations has announced its expansion into India. The move enhances Eastwest PR’s reach and capability to deliver pan-Asian PR programmes for its international clients, which include AB SCIEX, Anaplan, Avnet, IEEE, and Morgan Advanced Materials, to name a few.

Sanjay Bose has been roped in as Regional Associate Director, who will be responsible for growing Eastwest PR’s client portfolio and manage relationships in India. Bose will be based out of Bangalore.

Commenting on the development, Jim James, Founder and Chairman, Eastwest PR said, “Growing Eastwest into a regional agency has always been my vision when I first put up the firm in Singapore in 1995. I’m delighted to appoint a long-time friend and business partner, Sanjay Bose, to head up our India business. Sanjay is a seasoned PR adviser with a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with the team and to add value to our clients.”

Bose brings over two decades of experience in the PR industry with specialisations in corporate and marketing communications, public affairs, trade and media relations and reputation management.

Prior to joining Eastwest, he had worked with some of India’s leading PR firms working with major brands in industries such as telecom, fast-moving consumer goods, retail, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, automobile, health care, sport, information technology, aviation and tourism.

On his appointment, Bosed said, “I think what puts Eastwest ahead is its use of technology and new tools in partnering and promoting its clients. I look forward to bringing the agency’s strengths and expertise when supporting Eastwest’s global clients in India and bring them better value for their money.”

Set up in 1995, Eastwest PR is an independent agency with branch offices in Singapore and China and a liaison office in the UK.
