Trends in Hair Care products advertising in Print in 2006: AdEx study

There was 16 per cent growth in ad volumes of Hair Care products in Print in 2006 over 2005. One-third of ad volumes came from Hair Oils. Hair Care advertising was skewed towards publications from North and West zones. The summer season saw maximum advertising. The top advertiser was CavinKare. A dominant 85 per cent share of ad volumes went to newspapers.
