The Hindu strengthens digital offering with The Hindu Hub

In a move to create a one-stop access point for ad agencies, advertisers and media planners to gain information and insights about the industry, The Hindu Group of Publications has unveiled a new website, The Hindu Hub.

The website was launched on July 22, 2013. Keeping in mind the stakeholders’ interests, the B2B website will carry reports on consumption patterns in South India, the Indian Readership Survey and so on.

Commenting on the initiative, Suresh Srinivasan, Vice-President, The Hindu Group of Publications said, “The key is to make this the de facto access point for stakeholders. The opportunities to engage and provide greater value are endless. Based upon users’ feedbacks, we will include relevant data or topics, besides periodic updates. The site will be periodically refreshed and updated.”

Srinivasan further said, “The aim is to become the preferred media partners for stakeholders in the key markets that we serve. In addition, the website will also aid our field sales team to access presentations/data to use while interacting with the stakeholders. This will also help initiate conversations and meaningfully engage with the stakeholders of the media industry and also to share our products, services, innovative solutions, events, and so on, to both existing and potential customers for them to get a direct feel of the power of solutions that we provide.”

Promotional activities for the new website include direct mailers to a large database of advertisers and agencies, advertising in The Hindu Group publications as well as in trade magazines and portals.
