Satyajit Sengupta joins Dainik Bhaskar as Chief Corporate Sales & Marketing Officer

Satyajit Sengupta  has joined  Dainik Bhaskar as Chief Corporate Sales & Marketing Officer.  

In this role, Sengupta would be responsible for spearheading the complete Corporate Sales & Marketing Vertical for Dainik Bhaskar. He would be based out of the Corporate Office at Mumbai and would directly report to the Director,  Girish Agarwal.

Sengupta leverages  a total experience of 18+ years in Sales & Marketing specially in print media industry

 Prior to joining DB, he was working as Associate Vice President handling the Metro Branch Head - Gurgaon role, at The Times of India Group.  He was leading the Metro Response team generating revenue for all Times Group publications from corporate clients.  Prior to this, he has handled various roles at TOI including National Vertical Head - Telecom and National Response Head - Magazines.

Sengupta has successfully charted a path of continuous revenue growth with many firsts, records and awards to his credit in a stint that lasted nearly 12 years at The Times Group. His contribution to key account management and integrated solution selling is widely acknowledged.

Before TOI, he worked at the India Today Group as Deputy Branch Head - Impact looking after Ad Sales for the northern region in a 4 and a half year stint.

He started his career with the Indian Express Newspapers Bombay Limited in 1998, where we worked for 2 and a half years.
