Sakal’s launches weekly financial tabloid supplement ‘Posiview’

Marathi daily Sakal has launched a weekly financial supplement called Posiview for its Pune edition. The tabloid supplement, which will be available every Monday, deals with a wide gamut of financial content with the theme as ‘Earn Well, Spend Wisely and Invest Smartly’.

Speaking on the development, Abhijit Pawar, MD, Sakal Media Group, said, “When we conceived this product, we decided it will act at three levels - Action Enabler- which helps the reader take an informed decision; Ready Reckoner- will become a reference material worth preserving and; A Trusted Partner- will directly present opportunities for investments.”

He further added, “Posiview will be an ideal platform for communicating with this focused audience about banking, loans, mutual funds, fixed deposits, shares, insurances and anything that clearly falls under earning, saving or spending.”

A press note from the Sakal Media group noted that the supplement is targeted towards mainly working adults in the age group of 35-55 years and will also contain special content for the youth between 25-35 years who are at their prime.

The expert panel of Posiview will guide the investors to invest wisely and reap high returns on investment. The supplement is strong on visual and its compelling graphics make it easy to read. The supplement will soon roll out to other parts of Maharashtra and it has planned some on ground activities and readers’ engagement programmes as a part of its promotion plan.

For record, the other publications of Sakal group are - Saptahik Sakal (weekly magazine in Marathi language); Agrown (agro daily), Tanishka (woman’s magazine in Marathi), Premier (Film magazine in Marathi).
