Rs 10 crore birthday promotion from LG

LG Electronics has kicked off an Rs 10 crore birthday promotion to celebrate the completion of four years in the Indian market. The promotion will invite buyers of LG products to participate in a contest with 450 prizes ranging from holiday packages of their choice, LG products, designer jewellery worth Rs 50,000 and membership to the ‘I Buy LG Club.’

The promotions are aimed at making consumers a part of its celebrations. It was conceptualised to generate excitement among consumers and enhance interest in the products. The promotion is being supported by a national print campaign. Last year the company had allocated a budget of Rs 6 crore for the online promotion.
