Print sees 10-fold rise in number of brands advertised: AdEx Analysis

10 times rise in the number of brands advertised in print was seen during 2008, compared to 1999. ‘IIPM’ was the top brand in print during 2008, and ‘UTI’ in 1999. Tata Motors Ltd had three of the Top 10 new brands advertised in print during 2008. English language magazines were the top contributors in 1999 and 2008.
