Pepsi launches campaign with Pawan Kalyan in AP

Pepsi on Wednesday unveiled a major regional initiative in Andhra Pradesh by announcing its association with Telugu star Pawan Kalyan, and unleashed an intensive rural campaign to promote Pepsi. The Telugu star flagged off the two-month campaign wherein Pepsi vans from Hyderabad will fan out in many markets in Andhra Pradesh. The campaign offers consumers drinking a Pepsi from these vans games and prizes including Pawan Kalyan memorablia like T-shirts, autographed posters and calendars.

The company has also released a 40-second television campaign (TVC) in Telugu on regional channels in the state to promote the campaign. Pawan Kalyan’s next movie Khushi is to be released in the last week of April.
