Mid-Day revamps Hot Property; Niranjan Hiranandani to guest edit first two issues

Hot Property, the weekly section on real estate that accompanies Mid-Day on Fridays, will now appear in a new format. Real estate developer Niranjan Hiranandani has been roped in to guest edit the first two issues of the revamped Hot Property.

Hot Property aims to provide meaningful information related to property to its readers, ranging from tips on interiors and expert advice on the loan market to a peek into celebrity homes, or offering its readers pointers to great home deals.

Over the last eight years, the section has steadily gained popularity and established its place as the ideal urban home-buyers' guide. It is strategically published on Fridays, serving as an informative guide for potential property buyers who can then plan weekend site visits.

To ensure that the section continues to evolve in ways that are most useful to its readers, Mid-Day had commenced a research study amongst potential property buyers. The findings of this study were pointers for the further development of this section.

Abhijit Pradhan, Director Sales and Marketing, Mid-Day Multimedia Ltd, said, "The decision to change the format was determined by feedback from readers and advertisers on aspects that support better display of property photographs, information and advertisements and, therefore, creates even greater reader engagement.
