Mail Today recently celebrated 200 days in the market with special initiatives for advertising and media agencies as well as its readers. The paper aimed to bring in ‘Stimulating Mornings’, in line with their Good Health initiative, that they had organised in June. Twelve advertising and media agencies in Mumbai enjoyed these ‘Stimulating Mornings’ with Mail Today.
This activity was part of a larger plan put in place by Mail Today that seeks to strengthen its relationship with its clients, agencies and raders. Speaking of the relationship building plan, Suresh Balakrishna, COO, Mail Today, said, “Looking at the positive response from this activity, we will now be organising such activities on a regular basis. Our clients and agencies can expect some more excitement from us.”
The Mail Today team had set up filter coffee kegs, and designed and developed customised coffee mugs for each of these agencies. Steaming coffee was served in these bright red personalised mugs along with a copy of the Mail Today.
“Good idea. Nice mug,” was what Jeffrey Castro, President, MPG, had to say about this initiative.
It may be recalled that the Good Health campaign was done in collaboration with RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital in Delhi in June. During these camps, executives underwent tests to evaluate their vital health parameters like cholesterol, blood sugar levels, blood pressure and body mass index. General diagnostics and recommendations were all provided during the ‘Good Health Camp’.
As part of the ‘Stimulating Mornings’ campaign, special newspaper jacket and mailers showcasing 200 days of Mail Today were also circulated amongst the trade fraternity.
