JAM magazine blows off 12 candles with multi-city parties

JAM Magazine, the publication that caters to the youth market of India, is celebrating its 12th anniversary with a host of parties. Invited guests include youth achievers, Jam’s writers from colleges, celebrities from the world of television, films – many of whom have been a part of JAM’s readership.

Apart from Mumbai, the youth magazine will also carry the celebration to other cities such as Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Ahmedabad.

The magazine will also conduct road shows at colleges in Mumbai and Pune. The purpose of the road shows is to involve and engage the college students with the magazine and the sponsor brands in a fun way. Games, products sampling, and a lot of prizes to be given away are being planned for these road shows. LG Shine Phone is the title sponsor for all road shows to be conducted by the magazine. Spout, the chewing gum from Lotte India, is the co-sponsor.

Yatin Bansal, CEO, JAM magazine, said, “We are the best in the small but growing youth media space. We aim to be the best and the most energetic media.”

Sudipt Maitra of LG GSM Mobiles said, “JAM is a premium youthful association for LG Shine Phone. We sponsored the event because of the brand image that Jam enjoys with this very vital college-going audience.”

According to Swetha Sagar, Brand Manager, Lotte India, said, “Our association with Jam has been that of a great experiential sampling of our products with the youth in all part of India. We are happy with our association as advertisers.”
