IRS Q2 2010: No surprises in Urdu publications; Inquilab, Siasat hold top positions

As per the IRS Q2 2010 results, Urdu daily Inquilab is the top publication in the domain, registering a growth of 3.76 per cent in AIR (Average Issue Readership). While top two dailies have witnessed growth in AIR, Urdu Times, which is ranked fourth, has seen a negative growth of 17.24 per cent.

‘Siasat’ has received AIR 117,000 in this round as against 110,000 in IRS Q1 2010, a growth of 6.36 per cent. The Munsif has obtained an AIR of 104,000 as compared to an AIR of 110,000 in the previous round, a decline of 17.24 per cent.
