India is Shining all over the Print Media! : An AdEx India Analysis
The "India Shining" campaign by the BJP-led NDA government, to stoke up the "feel good" factor, has been one of the most talked about and somewhat controversial campaigns by an Indian government in recent times. We at AdEx India, analyzed this campaign funded by the Ministry of Finance for the first Fortnight of January 2004. This campaign really finds itself, not just 'Shining', but blazing all across the Print media. It ranked fourth amongst the top brands in terms of insertions in Newspapers for this period. There were as many as 392 insertions across the 450+ Newspapers that AdEx India monitors.
