It is modern and cosmopolitan, with a global outlook, yet retains all that is the best of traditional Maharashtrian and Indian culture. It was obvious to us that Financial Express had to be in Pune, and participate in and engage intelligently with the city and the citizens of Pune and its hinterland.”

The edition will have two sections. The main section will have national and international business news, economic news, edit and opinion pages, along with the state pages for news from the region.
