EFY Group launches B2B magazine ‘Electronics Bazaar’

The Electronics For You Group (EFY) Group has launched a new monthly B2B magazine called ‘Electronics Bazaar’. The magazine will cater to the sourcing needs of the Indian electronics industry. It will also include information on latest components, products and machinery, movements within the industry, along with future trends that will help the trade.

Ramesh Chopra, Publisher and MD, EFY Group, said, “Since the electronics trading community is growing in India and is not served well by any other Indian magazine, we have taken this challenge upon ourselves.”

The purpose of ‘Electronics Bazaar’ is to create a platform for buyers and sellers in the electronics industry. Most importantly, it will be a guide for sourcing the right electronic components. Though the initial focus will remain on the Indian electronics trading community, ‘Electronics Bazaar’ also aims to cover international trends, explore and discuss the potential issues that would affect the Indian market.

The magazine seeks to get electronic component vendors, manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers, distributors, retailers and users on the same platform and provide them all the market information they might need.

The target audience for the magazine is the electronic and technology industry as a whole. The EFY Group is also planning to come up with an electronic version of their magazine, which will enable readers around the world to access the entire magazine on the web.

This is the seventh publication from the EFY Group, which is an ISO 9001:2000 certified media company. EFY Group started in January 1969 with its first publication, ‘Electronics For You’ magazine. Since then it has come a long way adding several publications to its portfolio, including books, directories, CDs and databases. The company also started sales of electronic products and components through Kits n Spares, a subsidiary company under the EFY Group.
