Divya Bhaskar launches coffee table book

In a move to recognise the efforts of real estate developers of Gujarat and showcase their contribution in changing the landscape of the state, Divya Bhaskar has come out with a coffee table book, ‘Realty Magnates of Gujarat’.

The book showcases 12 real estate developers of Gujarat who have created a benchmark for others to follow.

These 12 developers are Aalok Infrastructure, Acuity Developers, India Green Realty, JBR Nirman, JP Iscon, KCO Projects, Om Earth Realty, Pacifica Companies, Shayona Land Corporation, Sheetal infrastructure, Swagat Infrastructure and Synthesis.

Speaking at the launch of the book, Saras Sethi, State CEO, Divya Bhaskar commented, “The idea behind the book is not only to applaud the success of these developers but also to make the industry aware of the players who are responsible for the phenomenal change in infrastructure.”

He further said, “Investment in the realty sector is promising due to development in the state’s civic infrastructure. Keeping this aspect in mind, it becomes imperative to showcase the efforts of developers in Gujarat.”

The limited edition book is exclusively for the business fraternity of Gujarat and not for sale. It provides a complete understanding and full preview of the real estate industry in the state.
