Leading speciality media group CyberMedia has adopted a global expansion strategy and multiple initiatives have been undertaken towards the mission. The strategy is planned for the media business as well as the media services business of the company. In the media business domain, CyberMedia proposes to launch two international publications, informed an official communiqué.
Focussing on the booming BPO businesses, CyberMedia is planning to launch ‘Global Outsourcing’ as a tool to reach out to buyers of BPO services worldwide. The magazine is designed to address outsourcing issues from a global perspective.
In line with the rapidly expanding biotechnology sector and India’s phenomenal contribution in the industry, CyberMedia has planned to take its biotech publication, ‘BioSpectrum’ globally with a formal launch in Singapore. The group has claimed to make it the largest biotech journal from India.
CyberMedia has also applied to the Government of India seeking permission to launch the popular international business journal Business Week in India.
In over two decades of its operations, CyberMedia has emerged as one of the biggest specialty media houses in South Asia. Alongside nine publications from its stable, catering to the infotech, telecom, consumer electronics and biotech industries, the group has developed an end-to-end media value chain including internet, events and television.
