After working with Business Standard for almost a decade, Arun Natesh has stepped down from his role as Marketing Head of the publication. His last working day will be the end of this week and he will move to the next organisation without taking any break.
It is learnt that Natesh will be taking up a new role outside the media industry where he will be heading Brand Strategy, Corporate Communication and Customer Relations.
Speaking to exchange4media, Natesh said, “I had a fantastic time working for Business Standard - an organisation that will always be an integral part of my career where I spent close to a decade. During this period, we have had several successes like the first and most widely read Hindi Business Newspaper, expansion into newer markets, strong growth in readership among a very discerning audience and a very innovative exclusive Airline edition.”
He added, “Our successes in the online space, where our visits and page views are more than the combined numbers of the next three publications, is further proof that readers value the quality of content. During my stint, we have also successfully created several properties that brought relevant stakeholders together making it a must-attend event - not just by industry but also by policy makers and senior members of the government.”
Natesh has more than 22 years of work experience with some of the leading corporations in the country including names like Dabur, Tata, Eveready among others.
