Amar Ujala Trounces Rivals, Achieves Urban Victory

After turning No. 1 in the State of Uttar Pradesh, Amar Ujala has reinforced its leadership by now trouncing its nearest rival at the city level too, becoming No. 1 in major cities of Uttar Pradesh according to a press statement by the publication.

Amar Ujala has, for the second consecutive period, become No. 1 in the state capital of Lucknow besides seizing the numero uno position in UP’s commercial capital Kanpur and in India’s cultural capital Varanasi.  Reflecting the publication’s strong city leadership is its No.1 position in other leading cities of UP: Agra, Allahabad, Moradabad and Bareilly as well.
