Ad volumes of soft drinks in print grew 2.1 times in 2006: AdEx study

Aerated soft drinks garnered 80 per cent of the ad volumes in print in 2006, with most soft drink ads seen in publications from the North zone. Coca-Cola led advertising with a 51 per cent share in print. The soft drink major also had a high usage of innovative ad-layouts in 2006.
