 Sandeep Lakhina joins Mint as Business Head

Sandeep Lakhina has joined HT Media in its leaderhip team as Business Head for Mint. Lakhina brings over 22 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, & Business Operations across multiple industries in media, CPG, consulting, advertising, and retail.

“It’s an honor and a pleasure to be heading the Mint portfolio and to be part of the HT Media Leadership Team. Mint is one of the most respected media brands India, and I am excited to lead it to the next phase of growth across print, online, mobile, events and international markets,” Lakhina told exchange4media.

He was until recently Co-founder & Head - Clients & Business Development at peel-works, a B2B start-up in the area of sales productivity & analytics. Prior to this, he headed the India & South Asia business at Starcom MediaVest Group, the integrated media agency network of the Publicis Groupe, as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Lakhina spent a good part of his career in the USA – as a management consultant with Deloitte  & in a global operations & marketing role with The Cola-Cola Company. In India prior to that, he worked for Vodafone, Philips & Bata at Euro RSCG & in the retail space as the marketing head for Ebony Retail.
