Watson Wyatt’s Kalpana Bansal joins Mudra as Executive Vice-President

Kalpana Bansal has joined Mudra as Executive Vice-President and Head of Leadership Learning and Change (LLC). LLC is the agency’s talent and knowledge management function. It was set up two years ago, when the agency’s Managing Director and CEO Madhukar Kamath took over the group's leadership.

Madhukar Kamath, Managing Director & CEO, Mudra, said, “At Mudra, we put our people first. It is great to have Kalpana on board. She is an important addition to our senior management team. With our people focus, the LLC function is central to our plans in the future. Bansal joins Mudra from Watson Wyatt, a leading HR consulting firm. As a senior consultant, she has handled a very large portfolio of clients and has been exposed to multi-faceted assignments. She has also worked with IMRB, Star TV and Tata-Unisys and also brings with her valuable experience in organisational development, training, competency mapping and ADC, performance management systems. Apart from her own familiarity with MBTI (where she is a qualified administrator), Neuro Linguistic Programming, ISABS etc.

She will be based in Mudra's Mumbai office, in her national role as Head – LLC and will be reporting directly to Kamath.
