Vinita Bangard bids adieu to Percept Talent Management

Vinita Bangard, COO, Percept Talent Management (PTM), has put in her papers. She was responsible for creating brand and personality synergies in order to enhance brand communication, equity and recall. No official confirmation was forthcoming at the time of filing this report, however, industry sources close to the development have confirmed Bangard’s movement.

Bangard is currently serving her notice period and will be with the company till February-end 2010. Her next destination is not known. It is believed that nobody would be replacing her at PTM as of now.

Bangard’s was the one of the initial appointments made during the launch of PTM in 2007. Prior to joining the company as COO, she was associated with Percept D’Mark for six years as Vice President, Celebrity Management Services.

Bangard has been in the business of celebrity management for over a decade now. Having successfully managed and executed over 500 major contracts, she has worked with major corporates across the country. She has successfully managed the careers of many personalities across all genres like Indian Cinema, sports, cricket, and television industry, etc., which includes national as well international personalities.
