Vinish Kathuria joins as COO of HT Mobile

Vinish Kathuria, digital entrepreneur and a senior business leader in the social, mobile, internet and cloud computing arena, has come aboard as the Chief Operating Officer of HT Mobile. In his new role, Kathuria is spearheading HT Media’s venture into emerging ecosystems of mobile and social media.

Kathuria is also an angel investor and is a member of the Indian Angel Network as well as an investee in a few start-ups in the Indian ecosystem.

He has more than 20 years of work experience across the US and in India in start-ups as well as companies such as Ericsson, Microsoft and Infospace.

A firm believer in the role of digital technologies in helping drive a society’s evolution, Kathuria has been involved with development of novel solutions that have added value to masses. Some of them have won recognition from JDPowers & Associates, India Digital Awards, Forum Nokia, Manthan Awards and m-Governance Awards.

A graduate of IIT Delhi, A graduate of IIT Delhi, Vinish received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and MS from Case Western Reserve University.
