Vast Digital Publishing appoints Santosh Kumar as CEO

Vast Digital Publishing Pvt. Ltd (VDPPL) has appointed Santosh Kumar as CEO of the company to address the growing demand for BPO and KPO services in the publishing industry. Kumar will be responsible for the overall business and operations of the company, and would also handle the company's customer acquisition, retention efforts, continued development and delivery of products and services.

Kumar said, “India has emerged as the preferred destination for global customers who want quality services and expertise to bridge the gap that companies have due to lack of domain experts. Vast Digital Publishing has been floated to address this gap.”

The Delhi-based company provides outsourcing services and solutions to media companies globally. VDPPL provides critical activity services to all media houses with the motto of ‘What We Commit We Deliver’. The company shall be the single window provider of outsourcing services to media companies.

VDPPL has already started providing digitisation, e-commerce and archival services to newspapers and magazine publishers in India. The digital editions are published and hosted on, the online portal of the company. Besides the website, the company will provide outsourced services for digital-asset management of past issues, images, text and advertisement material, DTP and pagination services for newspapers and periodicals. The company will also undertake reporting, research and analyses, editing, proofing and page making assignments.
