Unilever appoints C Abhiroop as Head of Media Services – South Asia

Unilever has appointed C Abhiroop as Head of Media Services for Unilever South Asia. Abhiroop, who has been with Hindustan Unilever (HUL) for some time now, working across different categories, has already assumed the new role.

Replying to exchange4media’s queries, an HUL company spokesperson said, “Abhiroop brings with him rich business and marketing experience having worked in diverse roles and consumer segments across categories at HUL.”

In his new role, Abhiroop would be working with Rahul Welde, Vice President, Media - Asia, Africa, Middle East, Turkey and Russia, Unilever.

This appointment fills in the gap that was created when earlier this year, Srikanth Srinivasamadhavan had resigned from the company as General Manager, Media Services for Unilever South Asia.
