TNS appoints Neerja Wable as CEO for India and Sri Lanka

TNS, the global market information and insight provider, has appointed Neerja Wable as CEO for India and Sri Lanka. To be based in New Delhi, Wable succeeds outgoing Managing Director Suresh Ramadurai.

In her new role, Wable will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a series of new growth initiatives, as well as strategic planning and business development. Wable will also take the seat of Associate Director on the TNS Asia Pacific, Latin America and Middle East Board, in recognition and support of TNS’ regional growth strategy.

Wable joins TNS from Millward Brown where was Chief Client Officer for Africa and Asia Pacific, and was based in Singapore. She was earlier with IMRB International, most recently as Senior VP and Executive Director.

Commenting on the new appointment, Stuart Campbell-Morris, Regional Managing Director for Middle East, Africa and India, TNS, said, “It was not easy to find a successor with the ability to meet the challenges of the changing Indian business environment. After an extensive search, I believe that we have found Neerja to be someone exceptional, with the necessary industry status, experience and drive to take up the role. I am very confident that Neerja’s enthusiasm for taking our business to the next level will see our vision for our business in India and Sri Lanka realised.”
