Synovate, the market research arm of Aegis Group Plc, recently appointed Jairaj Jatar to head its customer loyalty practice, Synovate Symmetrics, in the Indian market place. Jatar, who moves from AC Nielsen ORG MARG, where he was Director, Client Service and Head of Automotive and Financial Services research, has extensively worked in customer satisfaction and brand equity related projects. He is also credited with handling the Nepal operations of MARG and brings with him a consolidated 16 years of work experience in market research with him.
Commenting on the customer loyalty tools, of Synovate, Jatar, said, “Synovate customer loyalty tools will definitely provide companies’ out-of-the-box solutions in customer retention and loyalty.
