Suneet Tandon promoted as Lok Sabha TV CEO

Suneet Tandon has taken charge as CEO of Lok Sabha TV. Prior to this elevation, Tandon had been Executive Director at Lok Sabha TV since the channel’s inception in July 2006. The CEO’s slot fell vacant after Bhaskar Ghose’s exit in May this year.

Commenting on his new role, Tandon said, “I am quite excited to take up this new role. My task will be to run the channel as well as look into the programming of the channel. I want to consolidate, strengthen and further improve the channel. I have been with the channel since its inception and the channel has been doing some good work.”

Tandon had previously worked as Executive Director, Marketing, for the channel on deputation from the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC), where he was General Manager, North India. He is a popular face in news and current affairs programming on Doordarshan.
