Sujoy Ghosh elevated as Dy Director and Business Head (West India), Times Response

Sujoy Ghosh, Vice-President, has been elevated to the post of Deputy Director and Business Head (West India), Times Response. The Times Response department is the media sales wing of The Times of India Group with an annual turnover of over Rs 2,500 crore.

Ghosh’s two-decade long career in sales and marketing spans organisations such as Forbes Campbell, Apple Industries, The Times of India and Shoppers’ Stop.

“I would like to look at my 20-plus years in sales and marketing as a continuous refining process,” Ghosh said, adding, “There will be a lot of new products that I will be looking at. However, I do not wish to make any further comments about this.”

His responsibilities include the management of the six Response offices in Mumbai, three satellite offices across Maharashtra and Goa, and full-fledged regional centres in Ahmedabad and Pune. Besides this, he will also be responsible for an-800 plus strong personnel base.

Ghosh, who is based in Mumbai, is a commerce graduate and has done his masters in management studies from the University of Mumbai.
