Sujith Sudhakaran joins McCann Erickson as Planning Head - South

McCann Erickson has appointed Sujith Sudhakaran as Planning Head – South. He joins in from Ogilvy, Bangalore.

Sudhakaran has been part of the industry for almost 20 years, where he has worked across agencies including Grey Worldwide, Mudra, Draftfcb and O&M, apart from marketing stints at BPL, Toyota and General Motors.

Before moving to Bangalore, he was heading Strategic Planning at Draftfcb Delhi. He has worked on brands such as Tata Docomo, Hyundai, Toyota, Chevrolet, Hero Motors, SC Johnson, Samsung, Whirlpool, Electrolux, LG, Aviva Life Insurance, naukri.com, jeevansaathi.com, Titan, ITC foods, IBM, and HCL Technologies, among others.

Commenting on Sudhakaran’s appointment, Jitender Dabas, Executive Vice President (Strategic Planning), McCann Erickson said, “In South, we have some of our most loved brands from clients such as Britannia, TVS Motors, ITC Foods, and Tata Tea, among others. Sujith brings in a rich depth of consumer behaviour understanding and wide cross-category knowledge that I am certain will help us do more culture-leading work for our brands.”
