Sourabh Mishra bids adieu to Everest Brand Solutions, to join Reliance Capital

Sourabh Mishra, Vice-President and National Planning Director, Everest Brand Solutions, has quit the agency to join Reliance Capital. He has joined as Vice-President, Branding, where his mandate would be to look after market research and planning.

Mishra was with Everest for over two years and had played a pivotal role in the restructuring of Everest Advertising to Everest Brand Solutions. When Mishra came on board at Everest he was given the task to put the account planning function in place and get the systems and processes going.

Commenting on the move, D Rajappa, President, Everest, said, “In the last two years, Sourabh has been an integral part of our team in the turnaround of Everest. Given his enthusiasm to try out something new outside of advertising, and having got a good opportunity in the area of his interest, he decided to leave us. We wish him luck and I am certain that like at Everest, he will do complete justice at his new assignment.”

He further said, “We will be announcing his replacement soon.”

Mishra began his career with Contract Advertising, where he spent close to six years across three offices in two disciplines. He later worked at Ogilvy & Mather, BPL Telecom and McCann Erickson in a career spanning over 14 years.
