The company has recently launched its software platform, Neon, in India.

Commenting on Chatterjee’s appointment, Williams said, “We are happy to have Sanjit in our executive team. His experience in the mobile domain and his energy and drive will have a major impact on our sales in India and around the world.”

Citing the reason for joining Flytxt, Chatterjee said, “This is an exciting domain in terms of mobile, mobile advertising and marketing. After working across so many domains, I have moved on for better opportunities.”

Chatterjee brings in 13 years’ experience in marketing and sales, strategic alliances and corporate strategy roles. His earlier stints include five years with Net4India as GM-Telecom, and five years in Reliance Industries as Sales Head for Northern Region.
