Sameer Sainani replaces Kaushik Ghosh as National Sales Head at Radio Mirchi

Sameer Sainani, COO, Alternate Brand Solutions, will replace Kaushik Ghosh as National Sales Head of Radio Mirchi from April 1, 2009. Sainani has been with Entertainment Network India Ltd (Radio Mirchi) for six years.

Speaking to exchange4media, Sainani said, “The biggest challenge for any company, especially in the current scenario, is revenue, and my first priority would be to get a headstart in this aspect and ensure good Q1 and Q2 results. I look forward to the challenge set before me.”

Sainani has been with ENIL since 2003. He was Senior Vice President at Mirchi before moving to Alternate Brand Solutions in September 2007. In his 14-year career, Sainani has worked with PepsiCo and Electrolux. At ENIL, he has held different positions, including that of Station Head, Pune and Cluster Head, Maharashtra.
